The attached photograph is Mrs. Thompson's 3rd grade class for the 1950 - 1951
school year at Berry Elementary. Some of these sudents would be in the Sam
Houston Sr. High School class of 1960. This was the first semester for "New"
Berry elementary at its current location on Berry Road
